Identify with this query? If you wish to add an MBA degree to your resume to enhance your career growth, read on!
Although it may seem counter intuitive, but it is true - getting ahead in your professional field doesn't always mean zooming at full speed down a chosen path. In many cases, it is helpful to take things down a notch, follow a different course or consider going to school - even if you're in the middle of a blossoming career. Today there are many who understand the importance of a business degree as they know that it is never the wrong time to get one that will do wonders for their careers.
One thing that you need to remember is that a correspondence or part-time MBAs are positioned as career-enhancement programmes. They are basically designed to make the participant more effective in his or her current organisation. The truth, however, is that an individual who chooses to do part-time MBA is essentially seeking better prospects. 'Better' may variously be defined as a promotion, or a shift from a smaller company to a larger one, or into different roles - from software to marketing. Essentially, there is a sense of stagnation in the current workplace/ job function and an MBA appears to be the only 'way out'.
Here are some options you can try out, based on your aptitude and preferences, and expand your horizons. Take your pick from the list of courses!
